As a member of Arvestas 3W Club you promise to abide by the tenet of the club as stated in this document as follows:

  1.  That all correspondences or enquiries to the founder of the Club shall be through    online media or to through telephone or postal services methods.(1b) That you agree to receive periodic marketing emails, newsletters or promotional materials & updates from our sponsors /or affiliates & us as registered member /or user(s) of our website/sites(s).
  2. That the founder of the Club in his personal capacity or ArvestasWorld Organisation shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting or arising from the implementation of any of the business plans suggested on their website(s) and shall not be held liable for any financial loss from any   websites links or website suggestions provided on any of their website(s).
    That the founder and ArvestasWorld Organisation disclaim responsibility from any liabilities with any person regarded as third party partner.
  3. That our responsibilities are limited to only providing you support on how to successfully implement the SIX PROFITABLE INTERNET BUSINESSES as follows: a. Website Design, b. Reseller Web Hosting, c. Domain Name Reg, d. Google Adsense Programme, e. Information Business Fortune, f. Affiliate Marketing.
  4. That the founder and the Organisation do not guarantee you any level of success on their recommended businesses, that success can only be achieved on their recommended business based on personal input to  work, talents, study and implementation of materials given and flare for what you do.
  5. That the founder & the organization shall not be liable for any copy right violation resulting from adopting or adapting any third party intellectual property taken from any of our website(s) or else where.
  6. That monetary refund request of membership fees can only be made within 48hrs of making payment and that its take 30days to complete the process.
  7. That your membership to the Club is for a lifetime and can not be transferred to any family and friends.
  8. That you are permitted to make profit on your personal capacity from any of the Six Business Opportunities mentioned
  9. That the founder and the Organisation have the sole right to review the conditions & terms of service statement without any notice to the members. We suggest members should update themselves regularly.
  10. That we intend to carry out our businesses with truth and fairness to all and sundry.
